Never contradict a grandmother. Odds are she knows exactly what she's talking about and you don't have a clue. Being a granny isn't a prize they hand out in boxes of Crackerjacks. It is a position well earned with hard experience and worthy of respect, so do more listening than talking and you'll come away the wiser.
