Nobody cares about your miniscule body fat ratio or your six pack abs. If you are sculpted and buff and you're not a professional athlete or competitive body builder, odds are you're just another self-absorbed jerk spending way too much time trying to look like a comic book hero. In real life, people don't look like that. Cut it out, you're embarrassing yourself. Meanwhile, your old lady is fooling around with some guy with a pot belly who doesn't spend all his free time in the gym adoring his own body. Everybody knows that what you are doing has nothing to do with staying healthy or "taking care of myself," so stop pretending and get a life.
